- 3XError code7. Install interface PCBA insulator. 8. Install 3 screws, using a torque driver with a P-1 bit. 9. Route USB flex under routing guide and connect USB connector to interface PCBA J307. 10. Install rotary knob, aligning flat part of D-shaped hole with flat on rotary switch shaft, and pressing in until it bottoms out, as pictured below. 11. Assemble the case as described in Assembling the Case. 12. Execute the LIFEPAK 35 PIP

- A02Error code1. Install the battery harness guide onto the ED PCBA as shown. Ensure that pins and tabs are engaged with the PCB at 3 locations shown
- A03Error code4. Place system PCBA on PCBA stack, aligning header pins with holes. 5. Assemble PCBAs together, gently pressing near headers until pins are fully engaged and board is bottomed on screw bosses. 6. Install 3 screws, using a torque driver with a P-1 bit. 7. Install the PCBA stack as described in Installing the PCBA Stack, steps 1-12, 14-16. Steps 8-10 are only required for devices configured with temp/IP. 8. Install temp/IP cable routing clip by pressing fully into hole in PCB until it snaps in. 9. Remove 2 adhesive liners from insulator, and apply insulator to system PCBA as shown below, pressing firmly in place. 10. Connect temp/IP cable connector, if equipped, to system PCBA J211, and place cable under routing clip

- E08Error code2. Install the battery connector, feeding the connector and cable through the hole in the housing. 3. Install 2 screws, using a torque driver with a T-15 bit. 4. Install battery back plate as described in Installing the Battery Back Plate. 5. Install the PCBA stack as described in Installing the PCBA Stack. 6. Install energy storage capacitor as described in Installing the Energy Storage Capacitor, steps 1-3. 7. Install inductive resistor as described in Installing the Inductive Resistor. 8. Assemble the case as described in Assembling the Case. 9. Execute the LIFEPAK 35 PIP
- ect10Error code2. Carefully place the PCBA stack into the rear housing, aligning the screw holes, and engaging the locating pins (shown above) with the holes in the energy delivery PCBA. The PCBA stack should lay flat on the housing screw bosses. 3. Install 8 screws in locations shown, using a torque driver with a P-2 bit. 4. Install 2 energy delivery PCBA brackets using 1 screw for each, and a torque driver with a P-1 bit. 5. Connect defib-to-pmod flex to system PCBA J207

- M32Error code1. Place energy delivery PCBA and bracket on a flat surface. 2. Install 8-pin header into connector on energy delivery PCBA, pressing in to fully engage the pins. 3. Install 44-pin header into connector on energy delivery PCBA, pressing in to fully engage the pins
