- 0201Error codeSystem time deviation. Carry out master reset; if unsuccessful, the controller board is defective
- 0202Error codeSystem message: Software incompatible. Software between main board and watchdog board not compatible (software too old). Load an intermediate software: save only the watchdog or main-board software to an SD card and update the device;

- 0212Error codeSystem message: Supply-air temperature sensor. Displayed if the sensor temperature exceeds 45 °C for more than 3 minutes. Possible causes: defective/not connected PCB; intermittent contact/cable break; unit overheating (supply filter soiled)
- 0213Error codeSystem message: Lamp temperature > room temperature + 30 °C. Insufficient intake-air temperature. Lamps too powerful for the unit. Device overheating. Exhaust-air problems
- 0220Error codeSystem message: HP fan fault. Fan blocked or defective. Fan-speed PCB defective
- 0301Error codeSystem message: Watchdog controller. Watchdog controller defective or communication to main controller interrupted. Auxiliary controller not responding. Control board defective

- 0307Error codeSystem message: Audio-unit controller. General problems with the audio-controller board. Audio-controller board defective. Audio controller enabled in the service PC although the unit has no shoulder tanner with audio
- 0308Error codeSystem message: Error - sensor missing. Only for “Elektronik Sensor”. No communication between base station and measuring sensor. Controller fault in sensor or base station. Base station defective. Loose I²C bus connectors. Bus supply voltage below 4.8 V

- 0410Error codeFaulty start-up cycle of main contactor. If only one signal is present at the relay input, this message appears. Relevant only during the start sequence. I/O board defective. Control board defective
- 0411Error codeSystem message: Start-up monitoring of UV sources. Output voltage of the switched relay/contactor is not detected on the watchdog board (all UV sources are monitored for correct switching). Watchdog board defective (check outputs to contactors; 230 V to board). Supply to relay/contactor defective. Defective relay (closer contact at K3, K4, K5, K6, K11, K12 or K14); main contactor K1 defective. Return line from relay contact to watchdog board defective. Device-bus disturbance (e.g. during relay polling in start phase). One incoming phase missing
- 0412Error codeError: Current monitoring LED facial tanner. Current-monitoring board defective. Facial-tanner LED unit (panel) defective. Values set in service PC do not match the LED units
- 0413Error codeSystem message: Auxiliary controller cannot reach CS controller (current monitoring)
