Possible causes

1. Verify connections going to the inverter and to the motor. 2. Verify the windings on the motor are good. Wind to wind should be about the same. Wind to chassis and wind to klixon should be open. 3. Verify amperage draw on each leg of the output side (motor side) of the inverter. Amperage draw should be about the same. 4. Possible bad inverter
