Sterilizasyon işlemleri için gerekli olan buharın üretildiği ayrı bir ünitedir. Çalışma basıncı 5,5 bar manometre basıncıdır. Buhar jeneratörü en az %98 oranında doymuş buhar üretmektedir. Jeneratöre ısı, elektrikli rezistanslarla verilmekte ve su seviyesi elektrotlarla kontrol edilmektedir. Basınçlı kapların emniyet hesaplarına göre tasarlanan buhar jeneratörü tercihe göre AISI 304, AISI 316L veya AISI 316Ti Kalite Paslanmaz Çelikten imal edilmektedir. Jeneratörün yüksek basınçlarda test işlemleri yapılmış olup, elektriksel ve mekanik olarak da emniyeti sağlanmıştır
